Where listings come from
Shop listings in our directory are compiled from publicly available business information, such as business websites, public business registries, and public map data. We publish factual details only: business name, address, phone number, website, hours, services, and the shop's publicly displayed Google rating and review count.
Unclaimed listings are not endorsements
A listing appearing in this directory does not mean the business is affiliated with, endorsed by, recommended by, or in any partnership with WindshieldCracked.com. Listings marked "Unclaimed" have not been reviewed or updated by the business itself. Quotes requested through our forms are fulfilled by WindshieldCracked's network of local auto glass technicians and may not come from the business shown on the page.
Ratings and reviews
Ratings and review counts shown on listing pages are sourced from Google. We do not reproduce review text. Every rating badge links out to the business's Google listing so you can read the reviews at the source.
Claiming a listing
Owners and managers can claim their listing free of charge using the "Claim this listing" button on any shop page. We verify ownership by contacting the business, then unlock the ability to add a logo, photos, an updated description, and receive quote requests directly.
Correcting or removing a listing
Use the "Report or remove this listing" link at the bottom of any shop page to request a correction or full removal. Include your name, email, and the reason for the request. We review every request and act on valid removal requests promptly.
